We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This position is focused on providing medical care to patients at a mental health hospital. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with a team of physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the overall well-being of our patients.

Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: Up to $150,000.00 per year
Medical Specialty: Internal Medicine
Location: Wichita Falls, TX 76301 (Relocate before starting work)
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct physical assessments.
- Prescribe and monitor medications.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare teams.
- Educate patients on conditions and treatments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Support efficient patient care with physicians.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner degree plan.
- LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license, active and in good standing. Current certification in BLS and Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Critical care experience preferred.
- Leadership, teaching, research, and communication.
- Advanced assessment and critical thinking.
- Proficiency with medical equipment and instruments.
- Ability to assess conditions and interpret findings
